Heat when required, can be provided that has been tested and certified to meet the ASSE 1060-1996 standard. It shall be a thermostatically controlled 120V/1PH fan forced heater. Heater shall be UL or ETL listed and sized to maintain a +40°F inside the enclosure with an outside temperature of –30°F. Power source shall be a ground fault interrupter receptacle supplied and installed by others. Electrical power source shall be installed in accordance with all state and local codes. Our heaters have not been approved to meet the revised ASSE 1060-2006 standard.

For the smaller enclosures, we offer a Guardian heat cable. It is available in a 6' or 12' length. It has a condctive polymer core that automatically adjusts heat output at each point along the pipe. There is no need for thermostats.
