Operation & Maintenance Schedule​

AquaSHIELD ® enclosures are designed for ease of use and require minimal maintenance.

Before each cold season an inspection should include the following:

Heaters: (Heater Operation Manual)

• Insure that power is supplied to the heater and the GFCI is in working order.
• Inspect the position of the thermostat. (Set to the factory arrow marker or 40F)
• Insure proper operation of the heater. (An ice cube on the sensor bulb is recommended)

Enclosure:

• A visual inspection for physical damage and leaks is recommended upon every visit.
• Insure proper operation of all locks, latches, and handles upon every visit.
• Notify  AquaSHIELD ®  of any missing or damaged insulation panels. 

​Accessories:

• Insure proper operation of any and all accessories including:
  • ​Strobe Lights
  • Wet Location Lights
  • Temperature Alarms
  • Exhaust Fans & Louvers
